This company required an identity and branding with a look and feel that showcased their understanding of the surrounding areas – a vital quality for any local estate agent. Taking inspiration from a well-known, local lighthouse, the logo was designed to foster a feeling of familiarity and instill confidence in prospective local clients. The marketing, including OOH advertising, was designed to cross the bridge between the property and holiday market, to distinguish the specialist nature of their offering.
